I don’t have a microwave in my apartment and neither do some of my other friends.  Surprisingly, after you get used to it you don’t even mind at all.  You learn to plan ahead and I have a feeling I eat healthier without it.  Cooking at home is a commitment, a cute apron is one way to make the whole process a little more personal and fun.
